- This scholarship is intended for students attending North Central State College at the Crawford Success Center.
- The student should be a graduate of any Crawford County High School or Tri-Rivers Vocational School at least one year prior to applying OR has been a resident of Crawford County for a minimum of three years.
- A short essay explaining why the student is seeking this scholarship and how education will improve their life is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED certificate is required.
